At Malganga Computers, we strive to provide high-quality learning experiences. However, due to the nature of digital content and services, we follow a strict refund policy:

1. No Refunds Once Course is Accessed:
Once a course has been accessed (logged into, or downloaded materials), no refunds will be issued.

2. Refund Request Window:
For offline classes, refund requests must be made within 3 days of registration, provided no materials or sessions have been availed.

3. Technical Issues:
If you face technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course, please contact our support team. Refunds in such cases may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Cancellation of Course by Us:
If a course is canceled or discontinued by Malganga Computers, a full refund will be provided.

5. How to Request a Refund:
Email us at info.malganga@gmail.com with the subject “Refund Request – [Your Course Name]” along with payment proof.
